Jabsco 37010 not pumping water in

The valve may not be there, and if so then it wasn't needed for original install Agree with dingbat, if pump will not pull water then there is probably a air leak, either that or the impeller is not making good contact. There are different impellers, you sure you have the correct one?

I just got this rope and it has some frays.. Think it's OK to use??

Always use Poly for any kind of toy, it floats, and you want it to float I would not use dyneema with toys, main reason is it's stronger then steel. While poly may not break if it gets wrapped around a limb, it has a better chance of not cutting it off. Case in point, gal got ankle tangled up...

Jabsco 37010 not pumping water in

Don't know much about them but manual shows a vent loop and vent solenoid. Does the raw water come from over board or fresh water tank? This manual shows loop on page 2 https://www.pumpagents.com/pdf/JabscoPumps/37010-0090.pdf

I just got this rope and it has some frays.. Think it's OK to use??

That kind of line is used for water sports, should not be used where a higher level of safety is needed. Many use it for dock lines, fenders and such I don't see any issue other then wonder what caused the damage

Mercruiser 5.7 with V6-14 TB IV module??

If your ignition sensor doesn't have 3 wires on it then I would suggest replacing it. The older 2 wire sensors were hit and miss. This is why the 3rd wire was added to make a better ground connection
