    Our neighborhood used to be 110 psi, never blew a seal or any issue feeding a boat on muffs. It did force the toilets to run. Ended up with PRVs on the toilets A few years back, a main blew feeding the neighborhood. After that, the pressure is now 75 psi You're fine at 90

    core material is just the filler between lamination schedules. the strength is in the lamination schedule. the transom is the same between I/O and OB. just more bracing in the OB versions

    post all cylinder numbers. 150 psi is good, 120 psi is not good a proper range is 145-155. not a 30 psi swing verify the timing with Rinda, or go thru the factory service manual on verifying the installation of the timing.
