    where did the rot start? I would personally not use epoxy to "seal" the wood. epoxy will crack vs flex I would use either linseed oil, Old Timers Formula or oil based paint. could always buy marine plywood. difference between ACX and marine ply is the wood itself as the glue is the same

    Sam, I made aluminum vent plenums for my boat out of thin aluminum sheet that I folded on the bench, riveted together and then sealed with aluminum HVAC duct to make a sharp turn. maybe you can do something like that with one of the standard cobra style 90 degree elbows.
