    welcome aboard you have bad connections, most likely at the starter, or the battery. start by taking apart each connection from the battery, cleaning it until its clean and shiny enough your mother in law would eat off it. then tighten and move on to the next connection

    you cant repair the $15 sender. if the harness was submerged in salt water, water will have wicked up the copper. most boat OEMs do not spring for the tinned copper, so you get the black corrosion
