    Is that 8.2V at the axiom connector or on the battery? Axiom spec is 8 volts…. Compare voltage at battery to voltage at connector. “1000 mca when new” doesn’t rule out a dying battery. Have you had the batteries load tested recently? I typically use this as a sign to replace my batteries

    Zz Too lazy to dig up your units specification but doubt they are spec’ed to operate at 8.2 volt Weak battery or the battery is too small (mca) for the motor

    Check for continuity between the negative post on the battery and the hull. If you have continuity check for voltage between the hull and the negative post on the battery.

    Adding weight or bulk to a failing structure is never a good thing. Will only make things worst in the long run. Need to address the structural flaw that is the root cause of the problem. Not put a band-aid the results of the problem.

    The hardware looks to be zinc/cad plated. Hardware needs to be hot dipped (zinc) or stainless if you have any chance of holding up in saltwater

The trailer was either welded then dipped, leaving bare steel exposed inside or…..the welding was done after being dipped which burned the galvanize away in the weld zone.     Never count on a "picture" when direction control is concerned. Simply blowing through the fitting will tell you which direction to install. In this case, oil should flow into the small tank and be blocked coming out of it

    Depends on if you have "System Check" or not? I can tell you from experience that System Check does not kill the engine or limit RPM. Buzzer the idiot lights only. The PCB is comparing RPM to Pump pulses (magnetic). Assume the rpm signal is coming from the control pack
