    12v boat hoist motor

Agree, but how much power (kW or amps, other) can the regular motor produce? Once this is known then it can be compared to the Dewalt. I don't know, this is why I mentioned the additional gear reducer might be needed

Volvo Penta GM 5.7 TBI low power at take-off

What VP 5.7 motor? Is this a new issue? Did it ever reach around 4800 rpm at WOT? Has fuel pressure been tested? Has a compression test been done?

    12v boat hoist motor

Been a few others over the years that have asked similar but so far have not read where someone came back as to the outcome. I would think it would think it may need a gear reducer to increase torque, maybe not, don't know https://www.amazon.com/Hougen-14008-Holcutter-Speed-Reducer/dp/B003LY4EQI

What would cause staining under sunpad?

All plywood will leach color if wet long enough to soak in. Again have not looked but could be it is bare wood which has not been resin covered or even painted to help protect Difference between marine and ACX, BCX, CDX (exterior grade) is the amount of voids between layers, all use same glue...

What would cause staining under sunpad?

Don't know for sure would have to get behind it to determine. Might be the moisture started some rot, and the rot is causing the discoloration.

What would cause staining under sunpad?

Agree, that's moisture getting into the wood. Good thing is at least that part is easier to fix Sun pad - I was thinking of the bow of a cruiser, and agree the engine cover is also called that

1976 chris craft lancer steering wheel removal advice.

Never did one like yours, but everyone I've seen/done the center cap has to come off first. I zoomed in on center cap and don't see a wire snap ring, but maybe. Try pushing in in the center of the cap and see if it moves down and away from the outer collar. If this doesn't happen the the cap...

2004 Glastron 213 cc fuel sending unit

Being a 2004 it should by regulation have a why to gain access. If there is carpet on the deck look for an inspection plate under it. Might be screw down type but might just be a plate

    Fuel pressure

The trim pump gets power from the starter post. Look for red wire feeding pump thru a fuse on the pump Fuel pump is on port side behind the motor mount. There are 3 fuses on top the motor and 2 relays. The Main power relay turns ON and sends power to FP and motor/ECM

    New to Mooring Whips

Your tie offs are incorrect. The way it currently is the boat can move FOR and AFT which will break the whips. You need more lines to keep the boat from moving https://www.rjmachine.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Wooring-Whip-Installation.pdf
