    Have you check the throttle linkage? Remove throttle cable, with TB fully closed see if it just slides back on. If it does remove and adjust one more turn so it apples a slight pressure to help hold it closed

    Could also take the larger nut off the carb where fuel line attaches and take with. This way you can also check fuel line to thread fitting

    You would need to bend. Go to local auto parts store and find Break or fuel line with same fittings and close enough length

    Gas should be clear, yours looks yellow. Does it smell like gas? As Scott said there is a lot of crud in the filter It could be the old gas was just in the filter and not in the tank. If you dump the filter again and it still looks the same yellow then maybe it's lost. Don't know your call

    Use vise grips or small pipe wrench on fuel line to remove. Hole other nut with another wrench. Replace line with new brake line. Fittings will be the same Looks as fuel has gone bad, so it needs to be pumped out and disposed

    Suggest Don't try to turn it over, something else will happen. The motor can be rebuilt and it will run again, but need to just pull and start a rebuild If you want to try and take a chance it freeing it up and run without a rebuild. Pull intake and heads, then see if cylinders can be freed...

    Guess we'll just agree to disagree Pump and Reg is new ans OEM Reg controls max pressure. Only way to get more then max pressure is to block off Reg return back to fuel filter

    No Regulator which was installed is 860349A1 Cool Fuel Gen 1 Mallory 9-33207 (36 psi) it's a 36 psi Reg and he's getting 30 to 38 psi on gauge. Given all gauges are +/- a bit, shows Reg is working correctly Motor need a 43 psi Reg part number 861126A1 Cool Fuel Gen 2 (43 psi) BLUE Mallory...

    The motor is seized. It may not be cracked, but from what you have provided so far there is a deficiency in knowing what needs to be done and path forward. So the easy route is new/rebuilt long block Can disassemble the motor and rebuild, or get another. Could get a short block (no heads)...
