    I would never own one of these things.-----Might even be hard to find a dealer to work on it.----Do a compression test on it.----Post the numbers here.-----Perhaps have a shop do an inspection / service filters / water pump.

    Lots of pictures on line.------The gearbox is similar to many big outboards.-----Easy to work on in my opinion.------Finding parts or shop to work on it might be a challenge.

    Water jacket gasket could be leaking.----Most of the cooling water goes out with exhaust.-----Comes out at the prop.

    Battery charging windings are under the flywheel.-----Can be tested without removing the flywheel.

    No seam between hull and cap ??----The one I did had those individual flotation pieces packed under the floor.----About the size of a small loaf of bread.-----And there were many of them.

    What motor ?------What powerpack part # did you order.----From a dealer or from an " online " parts seller ?----Why are you replacing the powerpack.-----Just hoping it is the part needed ?-----Any testing / trouble shooting done on your motor ?
