    Upper and lower carburetors are the same part #----Middle carburetor has different linkages.----All carburetors function the same way.---Each carburetor feeds only 1 cylinder ( except for a wee balance passage way) in between them.

    There is no disconnect for the shift linkage.----3 bolts loose / out and it should slide apart.----Still folks out there that do not maintain / grease driveshaft splines I guess.

    Well ,----120 inch pounds is not very much !!---Converts to 13 NM ------Merely snug as already posted earlier.----That answer was not good enough I guess.

    ^^^^---Applause more applause on above post.----Water coming out the tell tale does not go through the engine.----It tells you that water pump is working.----It does not tell you that motor is cooling properly.----Next step for you is to test the overheat horn !!

    If it is from the 1960's you will find a durable plate up above transom bracket or on the side of transom clamp.-----There are some folks who can pinpoint year with a glance at the motor if it is still in original paint / decals.

    In many small towns in my area the city folks are paying $100,000 over asking price on real estate / houses.----Market is different from a year ago.----Boat dealer is asking me to " put some outboards together "----Buyers are lining up for good used ones.---
