    The capacitors ( condensers ) are slightly different.----Both will work on the 18 HP model.----I would use the 419 condensers.

    The pulse limiter is but a ----FLOW FUSE -----For the VRO pump.----It is not needed / used for a conventional pump !------Have you considered removing the cylinder head ?

    I just took a motor like that apart the other day.----Worst I have ever seen as far as lack of oil on the fine machinery / parts.-----Are you mixing gas / oil at 50:1 on this motor ?----How long have you owned this motor ?----Water pump checked ?
