Park Moabi is a awesome campground I've been going to for 20+ years. Located on theriver and some sites accomodate up to 12 vehicles and maybe as many boats in the water. Reservation normally booked 1 year in advance during summer months but 4-1 shouldn't be a problemo. 30 minutes to an hr drive by boat to Havasu through the Havasu wildlife refuge. Depending on the eddy's. Anyway, I'll talk to the wife and we'd be Motorhoming it. I just prefer the river to the lake. We ski alot and that lake can get rough.

AzMM,<br /><br />So far I think you are the only one planning to stay on Friendly Island. We will do everything we can to hold a spot. My BIL says that room for boats is not an issue, just tents and stuff. We'll find a way as long as he gets the spots he's thinking. We can communicate more when we get closer to the date. I'll get news on how much room by Thursday AM the 30th.

Yes, John. I think I said something up there somewhere, but I am thinking the main docks in front of the Nautical. Anyone without a boat could park in the lot and walk down to the docks. Leaning towards 12:00 now as it is just warming up then. Ideas are very welcome.<br /><br />BTW, Lake Havasu Marina is shown here fairly well. Left on Marina Rd. Nautical Inn is next left. Not sure what the red star is, this is on the Marina Website. Havasu Marina <br /><br />
