    Wow, how many times/people have to tell you; That switching to 91 Octane is NOT going to change anything BUT FRESH/correct MIXTURE may Sorry but the negativity is brought on by you, being dense; resulting in fellow boaters dropping you & You missing out on advice

    Yeah....increasing the octane will cure all your problems. AS you told earlier....that your fuel/oil mixture was waaay off The correct thing to do is; Empty your tank and fill it with the correct mixture while you do that, I'm going to the kitchen to get more popcorn

    How are you measuring your speed? the Tach in the boat? OR by GPS?

    Why would changing "the powerhead" (or even the entire motor) have an effect on the length of the cables? Unless you have moved the cables & controls also to the new boat??

    Are all the plugs in? is the key in the crank? if so, then pull the head to check for any damaged / cracked Cylinders/rings also inspect the head-gasket if blown

    That's more for safety reasons, you can leave the prop on. Make sure you have the plugs out & ground the plugs, to prevent damage to the CDI-boxes/coils

    Prop stays on, how else could you set the right RPM in gear-mode
