    Sounds like it might be running on just 1 cylinder.----I can't see, hear or feel your motor.----What are the compression numbers ?----Checked fuel pump diaphragm ?----Does spark jump a gap of 1/4" or more on a test device ?

    Oil / gas collects at the bottom of the motor.----The bleed hose returns it to the top of the motor.----You must have that in service.----Perhaps there are issues with crankcase compression.----Upper and lower crank seals.----Reed valves. ----And labarynth seal between the 2 crankcases.-----

    The head is warped.----They all are.----Refinish it with emery paper on a flat surface ( piece of glass ) before installing.

    The roll pin at the top is important.----It drives / spins the mechanical seal under the power head.----Keeps water out of engine.------Copper tube MUST be installed in the exhaust housing before installing the lower unit.

    Nope----The electromagnet did not move.----The electromagnet exerted a pull on a wrap spring.----That spring then grabbed on a drum attached to the gear.----Simple as could be !!
