    Looking does nothing to help. Before starting to adjust the motor will sit on the rear mounts, Bolts snugged and will hang from a hoist on the front. Adjust the lower nuts so they just touch the lower side of the motor mounts. Now adjust each side the same amount up or down Bar should go in...

    Looks to be salt water area and bearing has welded itself Bearing was put in backwards, you can remove the center of the bearing by rotating center piece to left or right, then pull it out. It will give less area for puller but may help The outer part of the bearing is aluminum

    Welcome Going to 30 is a big jump, does it blow with a 20 amp? To much current can be caused by the ignition or alternator. There will be small wires connected to the Alt, disconnect only the small wires and see if the fuse does not blow Also check resistance of the coil
